I know your inbox sees a lot of traffic these days, but I've got some really big news. My team just told me that over 100 employers have registered for our Job Fair, happening on October 12 (one week from today)! More on that in a second.
First, I'm really grateful to hear from so many of you about what is happening here in Pennsylvania and down in Washington. Like you, I know how critical infrastructure, child care, small business protections, and more are for our community. For daily updates on my efforts on behalf of Chester and Berks counties, please visit my website and social media. Now, more on our Future of Work: Job Fair. It will be an incredible event! We are hosting an all-star lineup of employers, two expert panels on workforce and economic development, and if you haven't received your free covid vaccination or flu shot, Rite Aid will be on site to assist you! If you're a job seeker and haven't signed up yet, do so here. Full details below, but here's the takeaway: we want to connect our area's employers (attendees below) with our talented workforce (that's you)! If you have any questions, please give us a call at (610) 883-5050.
