Houlahan Invites Public to Voter Services Town Hall

WEST CHESTER, PA – Today, Representative Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA) announced the details of her 67th town hall scheduled for this Thursday, October 13th at 5:30 p.m. The virtual event’s topic is voter services. Houlahan will provide the most up-to-date information on how Pennsylvanians can cast ballots in Chester and Berks Counties and take live questions from participants. She will be joined by Karen Barsoum, Director of Voter Services for Chester County, and Leigh Chapman, Pennsylvania Secretary of State.

“Your vote is your voice, and I urge every eligible Pennsylvanian, regardless of political affiliation, to vote on November 8th,” Houlahan shared. “I firmly believe that voting is core to civic duty, and I want to make sure our community members are prepared and feel confident that they are securely casting their ballots this November.”

Houlahan, who represents all of Chester County and southern Berks County, said the objective of this town hall is to give community members a chance to ask local and state voter services experts about how to navigate this election season with the most accurate and timely information about Election Day.

Houlahan continued: The November election is just around the corner, and as members of our community head to the polls and prepare their ballots, I want to answer any questions they may have about voting. Our goal is simple: connect Pennsylvanians with federal, state, and local leaders to learn about the resources they need to vote in this election. I’m so thankful to Karen Barsoum, Director of Voter Services for Chester County, and Leigh Chapman, PA Secretary of State for their participation at this event.”
