In-Person Town Hall Slated In Downingtown

CHESTER COUNTY, PA —U.S. Rep. Chrissy Houlahan is hosting an “Our School and Community Safety” town hall meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, at Chester County Intermediate Unit, 455 Boot Road.

“It's an honor to continue serving our community, and I want to begin by personally inviting you to my upcoming town hall,” said Houlahan, a Democratic who was re-elected to serve a third term representing Chester County and portions of Berks County.

“In light of a growing number of safety concerns in our community, especially in our schools, I'm bringing together a panel of educators and experts to talk about our path forward.

As our federal representative, I will be talking specifically about the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act that was signed into law earlier this year."

Mary Curley, Chester County Intermediate Unit director of communications, will be the moderator.
