Pennsylvania Democratic Rep. Chrissy Houlahan joins Inside Politics to respond to President Trump's declaration that the U.S. would resume striking Iran. "At this point I don't know what to believe. This president has on one day said that there's going to be peace negotiations, the next day said he's bored with them," said Rep. Houlahan, while calling Trump an "unreliable narrator".
