I hosted a town hall in Pottstown last week and one of the biggest concerns my constituents have is the influx of data centers into our community--how their energy use will affect our rates and what impact they will have on the environment. I'm cosponsoring both the SHIELD Act and the Data Center Transparency Act to make sure that we no longer foot the bill for data centers and that their environmental impact is fully understood and mitigated.
