    Representative Houlahan was joined by Dr. George Fiore and Dr. Jill Hackman of Chester and Berks Intermediate Units to discuss ESSERS funds, how education has adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic, and how we can better support our students. The telephone town hall took place on February 22nd, 2022 (better known as TWO-sday).

    Representative Houlahan, in an exchange with Small Business Administration Inspector General Hannibal "Mike" Ware, discusses the potential for a Disaster Relief Protection Program (DRPP). The program, styled after the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) would allow the smallest of small businesses access to capital with the potential for forgiveness--opening doors for many small businesses to access loans that would have difficulty doing so otherwise.
